You're looking at a beta. The tool works. The prices below are proposals, and the beta is how we find out whether they fit the value you see in a session.
Join the cohortYour client completes a reflection and reads the result first. In session, they run scenarios, see how a model of their own worldview would respond, and tell you where it gets them right or wrong. You help them make sense of it.
Client's scenarioMy principal wants everyone on the new pacing guide by January. I think it's wrong for my kids. How would I handle the conversation?
"The waiting part is right. But I'd never ask what she wants me to do. I'd already have a plan and ask her to poke holes in it."
Four short modules, taken on their own time, in any order. The output is theirs before anyone else sees it. They choose whether to share it with you.
You suggest situations worth testing. Your client runs them and sees how a model built from their reflection would respond. Scenarios you suggest are labeled as yours.
Your client marks each response that's me, not quite, or it depends, and says why. That reaction is the session. Your expertise is in helping them read it.
Your client is paying a premium for this through your fee. They should walk away with something of their own.
The full reflection with its evidence notes, as a saved record they can open at any time.
Every scenario run, the model's response, and how they marked it, with any notes from the session.
They can download both at any time, during or after the engagement.
Your access ends when the seat expires or when they revoke it. Their reflection and log stay theirs, read-only and free. New scenarios need an active seat.
You buy a seat for each client and fold the cost into your fee, the way practitioners already handle licensed assessments. A seat covers one client for 90 days.
For trying the format with one client you already work with.
About a season of coaching for an independent practice.
For a full caseload, or a coach who runs cohorts.
Coaching firms with several coaches: seat pricing for a shared pool is being worked out. Write to us.
It is a reflection tool. It gives your client a model of their own worldview to argue with, and it gives you a shared object to coach around.
It is not a validated psychometric instrument. It has not been through the validation studies that would let anyone call it one, and the app says so on every screen.
It is not for evaluating anyone. The client owns the reflection. It is never shared with an employer or supervisor through this tool, and a coach cannot see it unless the client chooses to share.
It is not a substitute for you. The model proposes. The client corrects. The coach helps them understand what the gap means.
We're looking for a small cohort of independent coaches, including instructional coaches in schools, to run real engagements this season.
